Responsibility
- Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities

Be familiar with the general specifications and market requirements

He will contribute to the process of planning and preparing the valid proposals for filing tenders, including all documentation.

Tender Analysis & Estimation

Bid Management.

Experience in quantity surveying, Estimation and BOQ preparation for civil works

Should be able to lead the site team & coordinate works at site

Taking off quantities from AutoCAD drawings and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

Compare the BOQ with the site, and make a report.

Preparing & sending Quotations, BOQs, Technical Data Sheets, Samples, Shop Drawings, Test Reports, and Certifications as per client and/or project requirements.

Rate Analysis. Manufacturing cost working.

Eligibility
- 5yrs. of Experience in Tendering/QS.

Bachelors or equivalent degree.

Go to person, having strong interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Location - (Mumbai) (Dahisar)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
