**Detailed Job Role**:

- He / She will be responsible for conducting classes according to The Little Gym curriculum.
- He / She should be keen to work with children in a fun and nurturing manner.
- He / She should have knowledge of English language or is keen to learn and take classes in
English.
- He / She is expected to talk to the parent in either native or English language to communicate the
progress and benefits of the program.
- He / She should be eager to learn, stick to the curriculum and prepare themselves well before
taking any class.
- He / She should be a team player.
- He / She is expected to call or interact with parents to update on their child’s progress and key
milestones achieved.
- He / She is responsible for documenting Q3 assessment of each child’s progress on the classes.
- He / She is expected to make basic calls to parents and check for the child’s absenteeism in
class.

**Requirements**:

- A person who is a trained gymnast and has participated in either state or national level
games will have an added advantage.
- He / She should be keen to work with children in a fun and nurturing manner.
- Thorough understanding of gymnastic skills and spotting.
- Can speak English (or keen to learn).
- Eager to work with young children (2 -12 years).
- Patient and fun loving.
- Interest in sports, willing to learn and grow.
- Commitment with company for a long period of time.
- Age limit
- below 25 years.

**No. of positions**- 15 (8 females, 7 males)

**Work location**- Kothanur, Whitefield, Cunningham, Indiranagar, Sarjapur road

**Work days**- Tuesday to Sunday

**Timings** - 10 to 7 pm
