- Responsibilities_
- _Design, develop, and maintain various analytical reports based on other relevant Usage variance, material variance, production reporting, absorption, and spend analysis etc._
- _Analysis of Variance and profit and loss reviews_
- _Track and report Cost Savings Initiatives_
- _Perform all SOX controls tasks as required by Customer._
- _Provide all data analytics and support all activities required by Customer to establish and maintain business partnering and special projects._
- _Classify and record invoices as capital or expense as required by Customer_
- _Review and report to Customer capitalization versus expense decisions_
- _Maintain and update fixed asset ledger as required by Customer_
- _Perform updates to and draft physical fixed assets report in accordance with the Supply Chain Finance policies quarterly_
- _Calculate depreciation schedules for AOP based on projected assets to be placed in service_
- _Perform Balance sheet reconciliation as required by Customer in accordance with the Supply Chain Finance policies_
- _Identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex supply chain problems using data mining, analytics and business judgement_
- _Drive automation and simplification within our processes_
- _Participate in client meetings, workshops and understand supply chain situation/issues_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications/skills_
- _MBA-Finance/CA/CMA with relevant work experience in MIS, Supply Chain finance_
- _Good working knowledge of MS office with a strong background in MS Excel (excellent handling of pivot tables, lookup) and automation, perform trend analysis, identify patterns, etc._
- _Good written and verbal communication skills with an ability to clearly understand and implement client requirements and effectively communicate work output_
- _Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy_

- Preferred qualifications_
- _Should have relevant experience in the service sector_
- _Previous experience of ERP systems SAP & Oracle_
- _Prior experience to demonstrate ability to analyze large and complex datasets, analyze patterns, and draw actionable plans_
- _Ability to operate within a global organization and to demonstrate cultural awareness_
- _Good working knowledge of MS office suite with a strong background in MS Excel and automation._
- _Excellent time management and effective multi-tasking skills to manage short-term and long-term deliverables along with flexibility in work hours (on an exceptional basis)_
- _Good written and verbal communication skills with an ability to clearly understand and implement client requirements and effectively communicate work output_
- _Exposure and knowledge around supply Chain areas like Variance Analysis, request based reports, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning_
- _Good managerial and individual skills with a capacity to work independently and perform “hands-on” tasks as well as effectively balance the workload among team members_
