1) High proficiency in English for clear written communication.

2) A degree or diploma in a relevant field.

3) Proficiency in navigating online property listing platforms.

4) Meticulous attention to detail in crafting accurate and compelling property listings.

5) Ability to optimize property listings for enhanced search engine visibility.

6) In-depth knowledge of local real estate regulations and practices in Goa.

7) Familiarity with Online Reputation Management (ORM) strategies to maintain a positive online presence.

8) Customer-centric approach to provide comprehensive property information and handling inquiries.

9) Proactive mindset to identify and implement improvements in the online listing process.

10) Ability to conduct research to discover new property listing sites and stay updated on industry trends.

11) Basic graphic design proficiency to create visually appealing property listings is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
