**Role & responsibilities**
- Find whole and retail sellers to distribute FMGC goods and services. Alongside distribution, the tasks include monitoring all sales, orders, product performance, and retailer feedback to further improve the product.
- Market Mapping & appointment of distributors.
- Interpersonal skill.
- Experience in FMGC is Must

**Customer Relationship Executive**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handling Invoices of online orders, calling customers from the website generated leads
- conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the company's services need improvements
- Increasing the order through calls & track online orders.
- dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
- managing payment and delivery of customer orders
- helping customers choose the right product for their requirements and budget
- handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
- informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals
- establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone
- forming reports based on customer satisfaction statistics and order
- fixing appointments based on the availability of customers and clients
- interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience
- Salary upto -22k
- Monday - Saturday : 10am-6pm
- Location -Kalikapur(Near Metro Cash & carry mall)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
