
Sales Officer

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating sales, managing client accounts, and developing new business opportunities for [FMCG Brand Name]. You will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and brand visibility.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**: Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other potential customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer retention.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- **New Business Development**: Identify and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, and onboard new clients to expand the customer base.
- **Order Processing and Inventory Management**: Process sales orders, coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products, and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
- **Promotional Activities**: Plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management team, providing insights into sales performance and market dynamics.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
