Roles and Responsibilites:
To Take over all approved quotations from sales
Ensure entire shipment planning
To coordinate completely with customer and overseas communication related to shipments
Including pick up dates/CFS /port cutoff/CY cut off/Vessel/carrier/overseas agent
Follow up for documentation after sailing
To Update customer accordingly
Checking if there is any pending remittance of the agent, and plan remittance
Checking documents if correct, if there’s any mistake take up with overseas agent
Follow up for HBL & MBL draft approval
Follow up for final documentation (org MBL/House BL or seaway BL).
Submit documents for nomination and manifestation / customs clearance
Customer having nominated cha, then need to prepare freight certificate.
Follow up for invoice with liner and payments
Preparing documents for releasing DO
To check Estimated cost and revenue and verify the Job Cost sheet for P&L before billing
To intimate accounts team for closed Job
To maintain and send DSR to Customer regularly
To report Management on daily basis
To develop relation with shipping line.

Location: Office No 609/R-1, E Wing, Tower II, L&T Seawoods Grand Central, Seawoods Sector -40, Nerul Node, Navi Mumbai, 400706

CTC: Upto 4.8 LPA* (Decided post interview)*

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
