Ø Maintain responsibility for the transportation of patients to and from the theatre and wards.

Ø Assist staff with the movement of patients within the Operation Theatre.

Ø Assist with patient procedures as required.

Ø Maintain procedure room/operation theatre equipment so as to ensure a clean, safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.

Ø Ensure operating room table is wiped down, floor cleaned, linen and rubbish removed at conclusion of each procedure.

Ø Assist in the preparation of patient prior to surgery, e.g. pre-operative shave, patient positioning etc.

Ø Ensure that patient is positioned securely and safely on the operating table prior to surgery and on the patient trolley at the completion of surgery.

Ø Provide assistance to medical and nursing staff.

Ø Promote patient safety at all times.

Ø Assist in other areas within the theatre complex as workload permits.

Ø Maintain good verbal communications with other staff in the theatre complex.

Ø Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Ø Be familiar with the correct operation of all equipment.

Ø Collect and return all necessary equipment for the procedure and patient safety.

Ø Report malfunctioning equipment to the nurse in charge.

Ø Follow the hospital’s Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Ø Be aware of the OH&S guidelines for the safe transport of beds and patients throughout the hospital.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sports injury management: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Physiotherapy: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- DPCT Registration (preferred)
