**Job Description: Interior Purchase Executive**
**Position Overview**:
As an Interior Purchase Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the procurement of materials and supplies essential for interior design and construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all purchases meet quality standards, are cost-effective, and are delivered on time to support project timelines and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Vendor Management**:
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers for various interior materials such as furniture, fittings, fixtures, fabrics, flooring, lighting, etc.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with vendors to secure advantageous terms and pricing agreements.
2. **Procurement Planning**:
- Develop procurement strategies and plans based on project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with project managers and designers to understand material specifications and quantities needed.
3. **Order Processing and Management**:
- Place purchase orders accurately and promptly to meet project schedules.
- Track and monitor the status of orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any discrepancies or delays.
4. **Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure all purchased materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks as necessary to verify product quality upon receipt.
5. **Cost Control and Budgeting**:
- Monitor and control procurement budgets to optimize costs and avoid overspending.
- Seek cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality or project requirements.
6. **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain comprehensive records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.
- Generate regular reports on procurement metrics, including cost savings, vendor performance, and delivery timelines.
7. **Coordination and Communication**:
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including designers, project managers, and finance teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, providing clear instructions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive, Procurement Officer, or similar role in the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective vendor relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier selection, and contract management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
- Familiarity with ERP systems for procurement and inventory management.
**Work Environment**:
You will primarily work in an office environment, collaborating with a team of designers, project managers, and external vendors. Occasional site visits may be required to inspect materials or coordinate deliveries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
