**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Someone from Central line is preferred.
- Expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and similar tools.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Work with the marketing team to produce the final design.
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Be creative and quickly come up with new variations
- Communicate clearly with the team to understand the requirements and the needs of the clients
- You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures, and product packaging and printing.
- Drawings and 3D visuals for presentation Participate in research and presentation of new design proposals.
- Ensuring the highest level of Quality in every Creative
- Adhering to the processes /System and Tools defined by the Org

**Qualifications & Experience & Skills**
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, corel draw
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts, and layouts
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)
