As a Telesales Representative your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Ensure calling to Customers and Briefing them about the Project.
- Ensure sending information to Customers about the Project.
- Ensure updation of Customer database.
- Ensure capturing the database of the new customer.
- Coordination of customer information (from database) and customer touch points.
- Ensure that staff is prepared/informed for planned site visits of customers for the particular Project.
- Ensure implementation of customer information within CRM activities
- Analysis, improvement, development of new CRM activities (also according to the requirement list)
