**Position: Performance Marketing Specialist**

**Job Overview**:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Your expertise in various digital marketing channels will be essential in reaching our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage and monitor advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Create engaging ad copy and compelling visual assets to enhance campaign performance and brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies to increase campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout campaigns.
- Prepare performance reports and present campaign results to stakeholders regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or in a similar performance marketing role.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in performance marketing or digital advertising (preferred).
