Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns to drive leads, sales, and ROI. Key Responsibilities - Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max). - Execute and optimize PPC campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. - Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns including audience targeting, creatives, and budget allocation. - Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis. - Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies. - Create A/B tests for ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences. - Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager. - Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations. - Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams for integrated campaign execution. - Ensure ad compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience in Google Ads, PPC, and Meta Ads management. - Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup. - Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, and retargeting campaigns. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. - Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO. - Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, or similar. - Excellent communication and reporting skills. Preferred Qualifications - Google Ads Certification (Search / Display / Video). - Experience in managing high-budget ad accounts. - Knowledge of other paid platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads) is a plus. - Agency experience preferred. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Noida. The Performance Marketer will strategize, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities will include creating and managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, analyzing marketing data to assess performance, testing various strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness, and collaborating with other teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Qualifications - Experience with PPC advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and similar tools - Strong analytical, data interpretation, and performance tracking skills - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels - Creativity and expertise in designing customer-centric marketing campaigns - Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools like Google Analytics, and ability to derive actionable insights - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
