**Job Description: Sales Executive - Software Sales**

**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Software Sales
**Location**: 6th floor, SAR Corporate Center 6c,near passport office, Aman Nagar, Surat, Gujarat.

**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Sales Director
**Type**: Full-time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, etc.).
- **Product Presentation & Demos**: Conduct detailed product presentations and software demos tailored to clients’ needs and business challenges.
- **Sales Strategy & Targeting**: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Negotiation & Closing Sales**: Lead negotiations and close deals to meet revenue and sales goals.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and opportunities using CRM software.
- **Market Research & Trends**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to position the software effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and ensure customer needs are met.
- **Post-Sales Support**: Assist clients with onboarding and provide support to ensure successful software implementation.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex software solutions in a clear, persuasive manner.
- **Technical Understanding**: Familiarity with software products and IT solutions. Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them to customer benefits.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer pain points and offer effective solutions.
- **Customer-Centric**: Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients while providing exceptional service.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and leads simultaneously.
- **Education: H.S.C or** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

**Salary : 15000-25000 per month + incentive ( fixed % of software sale )**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
