Designation - Inside Sales Representative

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Manage outbound/Inbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
In-depth knowledge of the services offered
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every requirement, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Set up tasks, reminders, and conference calls with the appropriate stakeholders
Keep a tab on calling and sales pipeline
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our Hubspot database/Excel sheets in a comprehensible way
Meet calling targets as defined by the sales/marketing department
Develop and present reports on a weekly basis
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer support role/outbound calling role is a must
Track record of over-achieving calling targets
Very strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with calling CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Willing to work in rotational shifts as the calling demography will be UK, USA and Australia primarily.
Must be a graduate (Technical Stream Preferred)
Exposure to selling Enterprise Integration (iPaaS), and Cloud CRM (e.g. Salesforce) services are a plus.
