We are urgently hiring a smart, dedicated & experienced mobilizer for our Skill Development projects for Nashik location

**Responsibilities**:

- You shall assist in the overall planning, organizing, and execution of the project
- You shall Mobilize, supervise and support all the project staff for smooth implementation of the project as well as assist in providing data for preparing monthly, and quarterly reports as per funding partners
- You shall conduct village level meetings, workshops, etc and shall have started to end training coordination with internal team & allotted head
- You shall find placement officers & build good relations with them
- You shall be tracking day-to-day activities & reporting the same to alloted head

**Experience/Requirements**:

- 1-3 years experience in Social Work, Rural Development, Tribal Development, Community Mobilization
- Comfortable in visiting rural & tribal villages of Nashik (Peth, Surgana, Trimbak) and execute mobilization

**Skills**:

- Written & oral communication skills
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi & English
- Sound computer knowledge & skills, including use of the internet

**Job Type**:
