**Job Summary**:
The Mobile Sales Executive is responsible for driving mobile phone and accessories sales by providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, and after-sales support. This role involves assisting walk-in customers, meeting sales targets, and promoting mobile-related services (e.g., SIM cards, data plans, insurance, trade-in offers).

**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales & Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in selecting mobile phones, accessories, and related services.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and plans.

Achieve or exceed monthly and daily sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell accessories, warranties, and mobile services.

Demonstrate product features, set up devices, and troubleshoot basic issues.

Inventory & Store Operations:
Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure proper display of products.

Ensure accurate billing, POS entry, and receipt generation.

Conduct daily stock checks and update inventory records.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.

Product Knowledge:
Stay up to date with the latest mobile phone models, specifications, and technology trends.

Understand pricing, promotional offers, and competitor products.

Explain product differences, warranty terms, and usage tips to customers.

Customer Relationship:
Build and maintain good relationships with repeat customers.

Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and promptly.

Collect customer feedback and report trends or concerns to management.

**Qualifications**: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in sales or marketing is a plus. Proven experience in mobile or electronics retail sales preferred. Strong knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems (Android, iOS), and telecom services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with a strong customer-first attitude. Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
