9. Preferred Industry : RMC( Ready Mix Concreate), Construction Chemical or Admixture Industries or Ultrafine Industries

Job Profile & Responsibilities:

- Identifying and Generating Sales opportunities through customer visit, calling, references, internal database,
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
- Researches client base to find new types of customers and sell to them accordingly
- Handle Current orders and make data regarding that
- Do Meeting with customers
- Take customer query and solve it
- Reporting of Daily site visit and new market development
- Generate new lead in segments like Government projects, RMC Plant, Pre cast industry and retail segment

Characteristics
- Must have Knowledge about concreate
- Experience in construction chemical marketing or RMC Industry
- Must have knowledge of conducting product trials at sites
- Scan the business environment on a continuous basis to identify, analyze and capture market trends and share the same with Head Office
- Maintaining uniform Brand Codes as stipulated by Head Office
- Build and effectively manage relationships with agency partners
- Conduct regular market research and keep track of key competition product, pricing and activities
- Should have knowledge about mix design and conducting grade wise trials.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
