**Mandate**:Proven work experience as a Social Media Expert or similar role. Understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, and their respective algorithms and trends. Creative thinker with the ability to generate and execute innovative ideas, maintaining a srong social media presence. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A passion for education and the ability to connect with our community & target audience.

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual who can adapt to flexible working hours, changing priorities and work independently.
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain our Facebook page, Telegram & Instagram handle ensuring regular engagement with our community.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our courses, offers, and upcoming launches.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content in the form of videos, graphics, and written posts.
- Schedule and publish posts across different social media platforms, optimizing for maximum reach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Utilize storytelling skills to transform raw thoughts and ideas into captivating stories that resonate with our audience.
- Oversee content editing, management, and ideation, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media analytics, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to measure the success of marketing efforts.
- Engage with our online community; respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
