**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and innovative ad posts for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and other digital platforms.
- Design a new, responsive website with attention to detail, ensuring a seamless user experience and showcasing our products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new concepts, graphics, and layouts for ads, banners, and promotional material.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all media.
- Maintain knowledge of current design trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with experience in digital marketing and web design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills in social media ads, web design, and promotional materials.
- Basic knowledge of web development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in the home decor, furniture, or e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with SEO and online marketing best practices.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience.
