**What You'll Do**:

- Design stunning graphics for social media, branding, event promotions, brochures, banners, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and event teams to develop creative concepts
- Create brand identities and design templates for BE World and its clients
- Work on both digital and print media designs
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Ensure brand consistency across all visuals

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva** (After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus)
- A strong portfolio that showcases your creativity, style, and versatility
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Eye for detail, color, typography, and layout
- Basic understanding of social media content trends and formats
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude
- Passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in video editing or motion graphics
- Photography or illustration skills
- Prior work experience in events, branding, or advertising sectors
