**Key Responsibilities**:

- **IT Infrastructure Management**:

- Maintain and manage the school's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
- Ensure seamless operation of computers, printers, smart boards, projectors, and other IT equipment.
- Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of IT systems to minimize downtime.
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support to teachers, staff, and students for IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems efficiently.
- Manage ticketing systems to prioritize and resolve IT support requests.
- **Network Administration**:

- Monitor and manage the school's wired and wireless networks.
- Ensure secure and reliable connectivity for academic and administrative operations.
- Implement security measures to safeguard the school's digital assets and data.
- **Learning Technology Support**:

- Assist teachers in the effective use of educational technology tools and platforms.
- Manage digital classroom solutions, including AV setups and smart learning tools.
- **Database and MIS Management**:

- Administer the school's Management Information System (MIS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Support data-related tasks, such as report generation and database maintenance.
- **IT Policy and Compliance**:

- Implement IT policies in line with school guidelines and compliance standards.
- Regularly update antivirus software, firewalls, and security protocols to ensure data protection.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, servicing, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
- Negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and IT-related services.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train staff and students on IT best practices and the usage of new technologies.
- Conduct workshops or sessions on cyber safety and digital literacy.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of IT experience in a school or educational institution.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and educational software.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of IT security and data protection protocols.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.

**Work Environment**:

- Collaborative, fast-paced school environment requiring regular interaction with academic and administrative staff.
- May require occasional travel between campuses (if applicable) and availability for after-hours support during emergencies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,560.67 - ₹30,000.00 per month
