As we expand our presence in the market, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented **MIS Executive* to manage our data systems, provide insightful reports, and support research initiatives for strategic decision-making.
*Role Overview*

The *MIS Executive* will play a key role in maintaining and managing the *Management Information System (MIS), ensuring accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis across all business functions. In addition, the role involves conducting industry research specific to the **dry fruits market*, tracking trends, and providing actionable insights that will support business strategies and decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**
**- *MIS Management & Reporting**:*
- Maintain and update the company’s MIS by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various departments.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, procurement, and performance metrics.
- Ensure the accuracy of reports and information by cross-checking data and maintaining consistency across systems.
- Design and manage dashboards to provide a comprehensive overview of key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal stakeholders.
**- *Data Analysis & Insights**:*
- Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvements.
- Provide insights on customer preferences, product demand, and sales performance to help shape business strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and report on outcomes.
- **Research & Market Intelligence**:*
- Conduct research on the *dry fruits industry*, tracking market trends, competitor activities, consumer preferences, and pricing strategies.
- Analyze industry reports and data to provide relevant insights on growth opportunities and market demands.
- Study emerging trends in the health and wellness sector related to dry fruits and share findings with the management team.
**Qualifications & Skills**
**- *Experience**:*
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an *MIS Executive* or similar role, preferably in the *food, FMCG, or dry fruits industry*.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain MIS systems, generate reports, and perform data analysis.
**- *Skills**:*
- Strong proficiency in *Microsoft Excel* (advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.) and other reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to collect and analyze market intelligence data.
- Knowledge of the *dry fruits industry* and understanding of consumer trends is a significant plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and reporting.
- Sound knowledge of making presentations in Powerpoint to clearly present findings and insights.
**- *Education**:*
- Bachelor’s degree in *Business, **Statistics, **Commerce*, or related fields (preferably with data analytics or MIS specialization). A Master’s degree is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
