Key Responsibilities:

- **Employer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and nurture relationships with a diverse range of employers to create placement opportunities for students.
- Collaborate with industry representatives to understand their hiring needs and trends in the job market.
- **Student Counseling and Guidance**:

- Provide career counseling and guidance to students regarding their career goals, job search strategies, and professional development.
- Conduct mock interviews, resume reviews, and workshops to enhance students' employability skills.
- **Placement Coordination**:

- Work closely with academic departments to understand the skills and qualifications of students.
- Coordinate the placement process, including scheduling interviews, conducting pre-placement talks, and managing the placement database.
- **Event Planning**:

- Organize and oversee career fairs, placement drives, and networking events to connect students with potential employers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote placement events and opportunities.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student placements and employer contacts.
- Generate reports on placement statistics, trends, and success stories.
- **Alumni Engagement**:

- Engage with alumni to create a network that supports current students in their career development.
- Facilitate alumni interactions, mentorship programs, and industry connections.
- **Stay Informed**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and emerging career opportunities to better advise students.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in [Relevant field]; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in career counseling, placement, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with current job market trends and industry requirements.
- Organizational and event planning skills.
- Proficient in using relevant software and databases.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
