Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage mechanical parts, tools, equipment, and consumables inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize shortages.

Perform regular stock checks (including cycle counts) and reconcile physical stock with system records.

Ensure that inventory records are updated accurately and in a timely manner.

Receiving and Issuing of Materials:
Receive mechanical materials and equipment, ensuring that the right quantity and quality are received in accordance with purchase orders.

Issue materials, tools, and parts as per departmental requests, ensuring the correct items are issued to the right personnel or departments.

Verify condition of goods upon receipt and report discrepancies or damage to the relevant departments.

Store Organization and Safety:
Organize mechanical stores to ensure a safe and tidy working environment, ensuring the safe storage of parts and tools.

Adhere to safety procedures and ensure the proper storage of hazardous materials, following all safety standards.

Ensure that stock is labeled properly, and ensure easy accessibility to high-demand items.

Stock Replenishment:
Monitor usage trends and advise on stock replenishment to avoid delays in production or maintenance activities.

Coordinate with procurement or purchasing departments to reorder stock in advance to meet operational requirements.

Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all materials received, issued, and transferred.

Prepare inventory reports, and assist in audits by providing required documentation and supporting information.

Maintain a record of equipment maintenance and servicing schedules as required.

Coordination with Other Departments:
Work closely with the procurement, maintenance, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

Support mechanical technicians and engineers in identifying and procuring necessary parts and tools for repairs and projects.

Quality Control:
Ensure the proper inspection and quality check of mechanical parts before storing and issuing.

Report defective or damaged items to management or the supplier, and ensure that non-conforming items are segregated.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations regarding materials handling and storage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
