**Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever feasible.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- **Quality Assurance**: Adhere to established customer service protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments such as sales and technical support to address customer needs effectively.
- **Proactive Support**: Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive assistance and product recommendations when appropriate.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- **Performance Metrics**: Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
