_**Responsibilities for Campus Recruiter**_

× Host in-house career days for students in university and recent in their field of expertise.

× Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our brand.

× Screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills assessment tests for various positions and internships.

× Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities.

× Contact university career counselors and provide informative materials about our internship programs.

× Placement of print ads on college campuses.

× Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs and design internship programs.

× Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.

× Deliver guest lecturers in career fairs and employment events of various universities.

× Ease to travel PAN India.
- **Qualifications**_

× Masters in Business Administration

× 2 - 7 years' experience

× Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving

× Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi)

Male and female both can apply
- **Salary Package**:_ 6 LPA to 12 LPA (negotiable; depending upon the interview)
