n Team members to work in DC - Support team on rotational shifts (24*7)n To Check ABC BANK Daily reports of Temperature, Humidity, uptime and temperature graphics and prepare the average report of Temperature and Humidity in excel sheet daily and prepare scorecard.n Prepare every month end the report of monthly Regional report in excel sheet and EO-DC Monthly Scorecard in PPT for PDC & SDCn Make and to Keep Inventory of Assets i.e. Servers, Switches and other devices in CEP.n To keep inventory of all material of storeroom and Local, Remote Media.n To dispatch and received schedule wise daily In and Out back up media tapes with Refilling Pickup memo and Delivery workorder copy from client and to keep hard copy in file.n To do every month Rack key reconciliation activity and each Month backup Media Inventory to keep record hard copy in file.n To raise CR for data centre activities. (PDU, FAS, FM200, PAHU, VESDA, Rodent Repellent, WLD etc.)n To create Incident Ticket with approval for related activities in Data Centre. (Woodensafe open, Rack verification, Rack keys Reconciliation, Data updation, Monthly CCTV PPM activity, Monthly PDU reading closing and fire Extinguisher check & list updation).n Daily to check CCTV review & Hourly checks and update CCTV status in logbook every hour in each shift.n To do every week Rack Verification activity Data Center for check status of server & other devices.n To update the Data Center Keypress logbook to provide access to vendor team for different types of activity in Data Centre.n To update the Data Center Cabinet key logbook to enter in storeroom, Mux room, Woodensafe and Meeting room provide access to vendor team for different types of activity in Data Centre.n To take and check ITFF Forms for devices, severs mount and unmount activities in Data Centre with approved CR and maintain Data in excel sheet and keep hard copy in file.n To enter Laptop, Pen drive, CD and Hard disk in Data Center to follow the policy of ABC Bank follow for server room.n To maintain Hard disk degauss forms file and CCTV PPM field report file.n To take New CD from IT Local Support team for to do DAT Update activity on CCTV system in Mux room every week.n To submit Access cards forms and deactivated Access card to DC facility control room team and maintain record in excel sheet.n To Prepare Gate pass for to dispatch and receive any types of Assets, to update in and out assets details in excel sheet and to keep invoices of receive assets will be documented in an inward register.n DC paroling in every shift to take temperature and humidity into inside Data Center area and give to security person for update in Parol Logbookn Provide access to vendors and staffs for activity in Data Centren Provide access in DC cage to server support partners/OEM/DCO for activity in Data Centre to write name in Access Logbook through DC Securityn Provide access to secure room to Visitors/contractors team to write name in Visitors/contractors Logbook through DC Facility team.
