**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate insurance quotes through insurance company portals efficiently and accurately.
- Actively engage with potential clients over the phone to promote and sell motor insurance policies.
- Negotiate and close sales deals by understanding client needs and presenting suitable insurance solutions.
- Regularly meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the manager.
- Maintain and update MIS (Management Information System) with client details, sales activity, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate operational activities related to sales and client onboarding.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Motor Insurance sales, with a strong technical background and knowledge of generating quotes via insurance portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Nagpur

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,646.15 - ₹18,355.67 per month
