**JOB DESCRIPTION OF Officer**
- 1
- Shall be responsible for performing and recording of Raw material and packing material movement in ERP or related document.
- 2
- Shall be responsible for ensuring the recording of Daily calibrations, batch processes and production related documents.
- 3
- Shall be responsible for ensuring the performing and recording of operations and cleaning of Reactor, sparkler filter, centrifuge, Drier, ANF, Multimill, Sifter, Air jet mill, Powder conveying system etc... By SMT
- 4
- Shall be responsible for ensure the cleanliness of the equipment before performing the batch start up.

- Shall be responsible for in-process sampling and analysis performing in Production lab or submitting to QC lab as per BPCR instructions
- 6
- Shall be responsible for raise the work order/permit to Cross functional team for complete the maintenance activity
- 7
- Shall be responsible for handling of all utilities
- 8
- Shall be responsible for ensuring and maintaining of Good House Keeping in the shop floor.
- 9
- Shall be responsible ensuring equipment cleanings as per BCLR instruction. Shall be responsible for receiving line clearance from QA after cleaning for product change over as per SOP.

- Shall be responsible for attending training and maintaining of cGMP and EHS aspects in shop floor as per SOP

- Shall be responsible for ensuring and maintaining the status updating and labelling management in shift activities
- 12
- Shall be responsible for report and recording of all deviations and abnormalities immediately and shall be responsible to handle the qualifications, deviations and change controls.

- Shall be responsible for all kind of material movement like Raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
- 14
- Shall be responsible for ensuring the performance of Preventive maintenance activity and periodic filter cleaning.

- Shall be responsible for packing and dispatch activity for intermediate and finished products
- 16
- Shall be responsible for monitoring and controlling of fresh/Recovered/Spent solvent and MLR movement.
- 17
- Shall be responsible for Preparation of BPCR, BCLR, SOP, Check lists etc. for production of intermediates or APIs according to standard operating procedure.

- Shall be responsible for ensuring and verifying the environmental conditions of the controlled area
- 19
- If any specific job assigned by higher official, shall be responsible to perform and record the same.
