**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring & improving CNC & VMC machining operations,
- Machine Shop production & overall performance in shifts.
- Skill & hands on experience in CNC VMC machining process and **Setting change doing.**
- Should have good knowledge about cutting tools & Holdings selection & usages.
- Should have good planning & execution skills related to machine shop productivity.
- Should have good knowledge on Supporting documents along with Programming **in fanuc control system..**
- Should have analytical skills for **production & Quality both..**
- Should be able to train the team on technical challenges,**operating skill and quality inspection activities,**
- Know about basic machine maintenance.
- Should be a good listener & should take effective decision related to productive output\
- Should be able to handle different kinds work pressure & ensure to make productive improvements always.
- Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift & shift daily work management..
- Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.
- Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery.
- Responsible for **shift discipline with in shift.**
- Shift production Daily production booking inERP
- Responsible for improvement in Conversion Cost.
- Responsible for plant 5S.
- **Skill on P-D-C-A work methods**.
- **Qualification & Experience Required:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Machining(CNC/VMC).
- **B.E. Mechanical/production with 5yrs will be added advantage.**:

- **Experience handling automotive and non-automotive components machining and problem-solving both batch type & mass production**:

- Experience with various CNC & VMC Machines from brands **like T sugami,Jyoti,ACS,micromatic,Sandis,AMS ,BFW with faunc control system.**:

- Independently able to change setups and offsets.
- Basic knowledge of CNC VMC programming in fanuc system.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
