**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Software Deployment**: Install, configure, and test software solutions at client sites.
- **Client Training**: Conduct training sessions for clients, ensuring they understand how to use the software effectively.
- **Customization**: Work with clients to tailor the software to meet their specific needs and business processes.
- **Technical Support**: Provide on-site technical support during the implementation phase and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- **Project Management**: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of implementations, including configuration settings, client feedback, and training materials.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact during the implementation process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in software implementation or a related role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with databases, networks, and systems integration.
- **Travel**: Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time) to client sites.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- **Customer Service**: Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support.
