Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Application of cash/credit card, check, wire receipts from customers in SAP for US/UK/EU regions from shared services center in India.
- Meeting defined productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel & customers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Ensuring operational performance through Team Presentations, Process Quality Initiatives, etc.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to bring resolution on pending invoices.
- Mailbox management.
- Creation of daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Provide month-end support to ensure smooth month-end ledger closure.

What You Need to Succeed

**Educational Qualification - **M. Com or B. Com.

**Technical Skills** - SAP/CRM ERP knowledge, preferably ECC 6.0.

**Soft Skills** - Microsoft Office.

**Shift Timings** -12 pm to 9 pm / 2PM to 11PM (flexible as per process requirements).
