Kreatz Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a talented and experienced Videographer and Editor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality video content that aligns with our clients' marketing objectives. Your work will play a critical role in enhancing brand visibility and driving audience engagement across various digital platforms.

**Experience Required**: At least 2 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visually compelling video content for a range of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and scripts that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Handle all aspects of video production, including shooting, lighting, and sound recording.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final products, using advanced editing software and techniques.
- Enhance videos with appropriate graphics, effects, music, and sound to achieve desired results.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that video content meets expectations and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in videography and editing.
- Provide creative input and recommendations to improve video concepts and production processes.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in videography and editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Experience with camera equipment, lighting setups, and sound recording techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with different digital platforms and their video content requirements.
- Passion for storytelling and creating engaging visual narratives.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a bonus.
