**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **creative and highly skilled Videographer and Editor** to join our growing team at **Digitalroomz**, a fast-evolving software and digital marketing company. The ideal **Videographer and Editor** must have strong technical knowledge, a creative eye, and the ability to shoot and edit dynamic, story-driven videos across multiple platforms.

You must be ready to work at our office and also **visit client locations for shooting**. The **Videographer and Editor** will collaborate with graphic designers, social media managers, digital marketers, and developers to create high-impact video content for websites, ads, training, social media, and client promotions.

**Key Responsibilities**:Production (Videographer Role)**
- The **Videographer and Editor** will plan, shoot, and produce compelling video content for internal and client needs.
- Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio gear to capture high-quality footage.
- As a **Videographer and Editor**, you’ll be responsible for both solo and team-based shooting scenarios.
- Must have **hands-on experience in drone handling** and aerial video capturing for projects that demand it.
- Travel to various indoor and outdoor locations to capture video footage as required.

**Post-Production (Editor Role)**
- Edit raw footage into professional, engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard tools.
- Add visual effects, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and branding elements to final videos.
- The **Videographer and Editor** will adapt videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and reels.
- Deliver videos in multiple formats and aspect ratios based on the platform’s requirements.

**Platform Optimization**
- As a **Videographer and Editor**, you must be familiar with the **video types and trends** across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Ensure videos meet both aesthetic and platform-specific standards.

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with the social media team, graphic designers, software developers, and digital marketers.
- The **Videographer and Editor** will be responsible for turning briefs into visual stories.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creatively to campaign ideas.

**Technical Support & File Management**
- Support with OBS Studio, Streamlabs, or similar tools during webinars and live streaming.
- Maintain organized project files, folders, and backup all raw and edited content regularly.
- The **Videographer and Editor** will maintain a clean library of past projects and assets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:Technical Skills**
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and basic Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording.
- **Drone handling experience is mandatory** (owning a drone is a plus).
- Familiarity with color grading, codecs, export settings, and video resolutions.

**Education**
- Degree or diploma in Multimedia, Film Production, Visual Communication, or related fields.
- Any professional certification in video editing or production is a bonus.

**Soft Skills**
- The **Videographer and Editor** have strong sense of storytelling, timing, and aesthetics.
- The **Videographer and Editor** must be a problem-solver and able to handle creative challenges independently.
- The **Videographer and Editor** must deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- The **Videographer and Editor** have willingness to travel to shoot locations when required.

**Preferred Certifications (Optional but Valued)**:

- Adobe Certified Professional (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- DaVinci Resolve Certification
- YouTube Creator Academy
- Drone Operator Certification (DGCA or equivalent)
- OBS/Streamlabs or Live Streaming Training
- Coursera/Udemy/LinkedIn Learning Certificates in video production/editing
