Responsibilities:

- **Record and Summarize Financial Transactions**: Accurately record all financial transactions, including journal entries, and maintain ledgers.
- **Prepare Financial Statements**: Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
- **Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Handle the processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
- **Reconcile Accounts**: Reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and other accounts to ensure accuracy.
- **Assist with Month-End and Year-End Closings**: Support senior accountants in closing procedures.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Adhere to accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
- **Maintain Financial Records**: Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- **Prepare Tax Returns**: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- **Support Senior Accountants**: Provide general support to the accounting team and assist with various accounting projects.
- **Communicate with Stakeholders**: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.

**Skills**:

- **Accounting Principles**: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- **Financial Software**: Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
- **Data Entry and Analysis**: Accurate data entry skills and ability to analyze financial data.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant experience in accounting or finance (may be entry-level).
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
