- Order to Cash_
- Responsibilities_
- _The purpose of this position is to communicate verbally/in written with the clients and the related departments in order to collect the debt registered by them, according to the Standardized Operating Procedures and Work Instructions._
- _Booking of Incoming Payments: - Bank Statement;
- Remittance advices._
- _Review customer complaints and update customer records if required_
- _Documenting customer interactions & providing information to customers_
- _Coordinating the chase activity, query resolution/dispute management: - Verbal & Written Communication with client;
- Verbal & Written Communication with related departments._
- _Managing dunning letters/collection letters: - Issuing, checking and sending dunning letters/Collection letters_
- _Reading and learning the operating procedures, contributing to the development/improvement of the operating procedures_
- _Escalating of all unsolved/unclear issues to the team leader_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Bachelor’s degree_
- _Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)_

- Preferred qualifications_
- _Good customer handling skills_
- _High Energy level_
- _Good interpersonal skills that can lead multiple responsibilities simultaneously_
- _Good influencing skills and interpersonal, analytical skills and attention to detail_
- _Good team commitment and results delivery orientation_
- _Good experience in Order to Cash end to end processes_
- _Good understanding of the MS Office suite_
