**College Security Officer / Security Guards**:
The College Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, faculty, and visitors on college property. This position involves patrolling campus grounds, enforcing college rules and regulations, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a visible security presence to prevent crime and ensure a safe learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Patrol campus buildings, parking lots, and grounds on foot or in a vehicle.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
- Respond to and investigate incidents, disturbances, or suspicious behavior.
- Enforce campus rules, regulations
- Assist with emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fires, and evacuations.
- Prepare detailed written reports of incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities.
- Provide escort services to students and staff, especially during late hours.
- Control access to restricted areas and ensure building doors and windows are secured.
- Monitor and report safety hazards or maintenance issues.

**Qualifications**:

- High school or diploma
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful or emergency situations.
- Basic computer skills for writing reports and using surveillance systems.
- Physical fitness to walk, stand, and respond quickly over long periods or in emergencies.

**Working Conditions**:

- Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Both indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- May involve standing or patrolling for extended periods.

Human Resource Officer / Manager

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
