**Job Description:

- CJA**
- Experience: 3-10 years of experience in Adobe Analytics or 1 years with Adobe Analytics and 3+ years with other analytics tool like Google Analytics
- Experience of working on 1 project with CJA
- Understanding of Analytics Data Collection using some tag manager is must - preferably experienced with Adobe Tag, Launch or Tealium
- Ability to build different types of reports to analyze different the journey performance and attribute sales events with Campaign Journeys, Paida Media Campaigns or other promotions
- Must be proficient with different types of AA report components, evars, props, events, segments, etc
- Nice to have - experience with Adobe Web SDK, Understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer on high level, Adobe experience Platform Dataset, Query Service

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP.
- Oversee the development and deployment of customer journey analytics to optimize user experiences.
- Provide technical expertise in integrating AEP solutions with existing systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of technology solutions.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Develop and maintain documentation for technology architecture and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
- Support the development of technical strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in technology best practices.
- Conduct regular assessments of technology infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a deep understanding of AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP.
- Have extensive experience in the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Show proficiency in integrating advanced technologies with existing systems.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Hold a relevant certification in AEP technologies or a related field.

**Certifications Required**
