**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute effective social media strategies to align with business objectives and target audience.
- **Content Creation**: Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, video) for all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the company’s website.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities to foster relationships and brand loyalty.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and KPIs. Use insights to optimize strategies and report performance to stakeholders.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to social media and overall marketing efforts.
- **Brand Voice**: Maintain and enhance the brand’s voice and identity across all social media channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
