Role Description:
This is a full-time in-office role for a Marketing Manager at Toffay. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms(primarily Instagram), creating and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, creating engaging content, developing and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media channels and conducting market research. The Marketing Manager will also collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency, content ideation and creation, and effective communication.

Qualifications:
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies

Proficiency in social media management

Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns

Strong analytical and research skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Familiarity with the art or gifting industry is a plus

A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus

Social Media Marketing and Communication skills

Experience in developing and executing content strategies

Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills

Excellent writing skills

Knowledge of current social media trends and platforms

Ability to analyze social media data and make data-driven decisions

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
