Service Coordinator

Location: Ahmedabad, GJ, IN, 382330- Req ID: 2439**Job Description**:
As Service Coordinator - India to support field service team in execution of service to direct customer accounts. Will be a key person between plant functions and field team for end-to-end coordination of various activities that are essential for rendering service to end customer.

**Responsibilities**:
- Registration of various services contract agreements i.e. PackageCARE, PlannedCARE, PartsCARE, Service AMC/ARC, Rental etc.
- Set-up assets entitlement and charge plan in agreements in alignment with RSM.
- Creating Service Request for various filed jobs e.g. Audit, Installation, Field Service, Warranty, Sales Support, Inspection, etc.
- Communicate with customer & service team and schedule of visit of service engineer for Preventive Maintenance of assets in contracts.- Tracking of PM activities up to closures and job completion reports.
- Assigning activities to service engineer for every visit and track up to closure by every engineer.
- Ensure time tracker updated by engineer for every activities for appropriate utilization data.
- Submit invoices, cancellation or credit notes in Siebel as per set charge plan in agreements and as per directive of service team for Service Request.
- Order booking for parts in Oracle system for service agreements- Order booking for parts in Siebel system for Warranty project and Service jobs.
- Correct and update parts order wherever superseded.
- Receive parts in inventory of Service Tech in Oracle.
- Co-ordinate for activation of parts CCN in appropriate virtual warehouse for ordering.
- Control, expedite, and escalate on materials transactions per business requirements.- Submission of warranty claims in tavant. Laison with service team, quality and Tavant team for rejected claims if any.
- Configuration and allocation of I-Pads to Service Tech in consultation with IT.
- Maintain existing tracker for severity and warranty orders.
- Laison with sourcing and order and management team for ETA and warehouse for shipments.
- Circulation SR# closure data for customer satisfaction survey.- Submission of Purchase Requisition as per defined process and coordinate with i-procurement for releasing order.
- Support sales team with service related data requirement.
- Presenting execution overview with service team over DSOR.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from recognised universities
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in functions involving customer interaction.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office suites- Background having commercial knowledge of the business in terms of revenue, cost and margin would be added advantage.
- Possess good communication (Vocal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ready to stretch to meet the organization objectives
