We are looking for a passionate report/recruitment coordinator, will be responsible for the coordination of resources, meetings, data and information. An excellent and professional customer internal/external always.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordination and follow-up of tasks and actions
2. Act as the point of contact and communicate Hiring status to all the participants
3. Work with the manager, panel members, external vendors, and other internal team members to coordinate the recruitment and hiring the new employee
4. Identify recruitment priorities and develops a strategy to fill the openings
5. Preparing necessary presentations to update senior management on the Hiring progress
6. Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
7. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
8. Assign roles and tasks to dedicated team members, based on individual strengths and abilities
9. Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline Hiring efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs - End-to-End recruiting process.
10. Create and maintain comprehensive reports
11. Ability to work independently with mínimal managerial supervision

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required
2. Overall experience: 6+ years
3. Relevant experience: 3+ years in IT Hiring coordinator
4. Deep understanding of HR and Talent acquisition practices
5. Quick learner, Interpersonal and communication skills
6. Knowledgeable with an ATS system, MS Office, Advance Excel
7. Knowledgeable preferable MS Access, SQL
8. Good in visualization tools like PowerBI, tableau, Qlik Sense etc.,
9. Team-management skills
