Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in project management, AutoCAD, and construction management

Strong background in structural engineering, with demonstrated ability to design and analyze structural components.

Proficient in geotechnical engineering practices, including soil testing, foundation design, and earthworks.

Experience in surveying, including land surveying techniques, equipment handling, and data interpretation.

Knowledge of environmental engineering principles, including waste management, water treatment, and environmental compliance.

Ability to perform risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and implement mitigation strategies.

Strong communication skills for effective coordination with project teams, contractors, and clients.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure project specifications and safety standards are met.

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure, such as roads, railways, airports, bridges, and dams.

Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Utilize project management skills to oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.

Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project proposals, design processes, and construction progress.

Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to design cost-effective construction strategies.

Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives.

Use AutoCAD software to develop and review engineering plans and designs.

Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with construction projects to ensure timely and safe completion.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
