**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Psychological Assessments**: Perform comprehensive assessments to determine children's developmental and mental health needs.
- **Develop Treatment Plans**: Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, addressing specific psychological and behavioral challenges.
- **Provide Therapy Sessions**: Conduct therapy sessions to help children overcome psychological and behavioral issues.
- **Collaborate with Team Members**: Work closely with occupational therapists, special educators, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.
- **Monitor Progress**: Regularly monitor and document children's progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- **Support Parents and Caregivers**: Offer guidance and support to parents and caregivers, helping them understand and manage their child's needs.
- **Facilitate Group Sessions**: Conduct group therapy sessions to promote social skills and generalization of learned behaviors.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep detailed records of children's progress and generate reports for analysis and review.
- **Conduct Training**: Provide training and guidance to new therapists, fostering a cooperative and cohesive work environment.

**Cases We Handle**: At THERAKids, we work with children experiencing a range of developmental and psychological challenges, including but not limited to:

- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Down Syndrome
- Other developmental delays and disabilities

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Master's degree (MA) in Clinical Psychology.
- **Certification**: RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registered certificate as a Clinical Psychologist.
- **Experience**: Experience in pediatrics and working with children with special needs is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
