Key responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, managing suppliers, reconciling records, conducting audits, and using inventory management software to minimize costs and prevent stockouts. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to optimize warehouse operations and support business needs.
- Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels daily, maintain accurate records of all inventory movements, and ensure sufficient stock to meet operational and customer demand.
- Supplier & Vendor Relations: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships.
- Demand Forecasting & Analysis: Analyze sales data and trends to forecast future needs and determine optimal inventory levels, preventing overstocking and understocking.
- Inventory Audits & Accuracy: Conduct regular physical counts and audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement inventory policies and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize losses.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on inventory status, usage, and operational performance to senior management.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee the efficient organization and storage of goods in warehouses and distribution centers.
- Problem Resolution: Address inventory-related issues and discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.

- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize, manage, and maintain accurate records.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues related to inventory and logistics.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with inventory management software, spreadsheet programs (like Excel/Google Sheets), and other relevant software.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and management.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to record-keeping and data accuracy.

Pay: ₹8,734.66 - ₹30,636.19 per month
