**Job Title**: Tailor Machine Operator - Singer/Single Needle Tailor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate Singer/single needle sewing machines to create and alter garments according to design specifications and customer requirements.
- Measure, mark, and cut fabric accurately.
- Stitch, sew, and hem garments, ensuring all seams and finishes are neat and professional.
- Perform quality checks on completed garments to ensure they meet high standards.
- Follow patterns and technical drawings to assemble garments.
- Maintain and troubleshoot sewing machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with designers and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized, adhering to safety and operational standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Tailor Machine Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating Singer/single needle sewing machines.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and sewing techniques.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in tailoring or fashion design is a plus.
