Location - Mumbai

Job Description
- Leasing timelines & budgets
- Set up leasing objectives and targets for all projects and monitor all objectives are achieved on a regularly basis

Tenant mix & rental schedule
- Perform and ascertain market intelligence in order to gain information that would lead to maximizing the mix and quality of the tenant representation within the project
- Create tenant profiles and accurate databases for each tenant category so as to facilitate information retrieval and ensure proper follow-up
- Manage all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages
- Continually monitor tenant mix to ensure commercially profitable to the Mall and device churn strategy for all operational Malls

Execution & closure of lease as per TAT / plan
- Lease vacant space according to Leasing Plan / Rental Schedule in accordance with the relevant time frames set out therein and according to defined retailer mix and target customer
- Conduct presentations and site visits for prospective tenants in order to promote Mall as a unique retail destination
- Assist the Head Leasing in the Key Anchor transactions and closure of individual leasing transactions. This involves a complete and detailed knowledge of the leasing contract and associated technical exhibits (construction exhibit, tenant criteria, etc)
- Co-ordinate with other relevant departments for all leasing related work
- Work with the tenant coordination team in transitioning from executed contracts through to the handover of tenant spaces and commencement of fit out, through to trading

Collections
- Collection of deposit amounts from Retailers and leasing income for Organization from Developer

Management of broker network
- To manage broker and franchise network.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
