Salary

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize production schedules to meet targets.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Supervise and motivate production staff, providing training as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely procurement of materials.

Qualifications and Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in production planning and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
- Good Communication skill in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
