**Role Summary**:
We are hiring a Back Office Executive with good MS Excel and CRM skills to support our **men’s shirt manufacturing operations**. The role involves managing production data, tracking inventory, and coordinating between departments for smooth workflow and timely deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain **order/job sheets** and daily production reports for shirt styles.
- Update and manage CRM database for buyer details, orders, and follow-ups.
- Ensure **product-wise stock availability** and monitor fabric/trims inventory.
- Manage **sample inventory** in line with saleable stock.
- Track WIP, alterations, and rejections across Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, Packing, and Dispatch.
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Management of Sample House Inventory
